  1. I enjoyed The Edge of Never. I have Les Miserables, but I feel a bit intimidated to read it. It's huge! Happy Reading :-)

  14. Nice haul! I was going to say that I hope you enjoy Dickens and Les Miserables but then I saw that they are required reading and hardly anyone enjoys required reading. I read Les Miserables earlier this year. It took me a month and while it was long and drawn out, it was such a beautiful story. I loved it. I didn't start enjoying classics like that until after I had graduated.
Thank you for visiting my STS!

  17. I recently bought A Tale of Two Cities, I haven't read it yet though so I'll be looking out for what you think of it. The other books look great as well. Happy reading!

  18. Tale of Two Cities is decent! MUCH BETTER then my required Dickens was in college! (Bleak House=YUK!!) Les Mis is ok, but so sad! I wasn't a fan. I don't think I made it through the whole thing (I was a French Major for quite a while; I've led many lives. LOL!) Happy reading those classics though! They are always interesting and very worth it!
