Back to school. Create a reading list for the imaginary English Lit class you’ll be teaching this semester.

For my class, I don't want them to read classics, because those are usually the ones given to us by our teachers. I want them to read books that they can understand easily, so the messages would really sink in. Of course, my projected students are the younger ones, not the ones in college. Maybe from the 7th to 9th grade.

Leave a link so I can comment back! :)

  1. Oooh, Slammed! I never thought about adding that book but it would be awesome. The poetry plus the controversial side of the book. Awesome!

  7. You've chosen wonderful books! I'm really looking forward to reading The Fault in our Stars and Thirteen Reasons Why. I've also heard so many great things about Colleen Hoover's books, really should move those up my TBR list.

Hi guys! Thanks for taking your time to read through my post and comment on this blog. I appreciate each and every one of your comments, though I might not respond immediately to them. Also, if you're commenting on a meme, I would prefer replying on your meme post rather than here on my blog. :)
